A sustainable and community motivated project, this current Work in Progress with Walworth Garden is an investigation into not only urban gardens, but also the volunteers that help make them possible, and wider conversations regarding community and the ongoing ecological crisis and its relationship to photographic practices.
In an effort to marry subject and process all photographic film has been developed using plant waste from the garden itself. The image and garden become enmeshed - both film and plant life seeking life for sustenance.
